The qualification is made up of 2 mandatory units:
Group A: (Mandatory units)
• Unit 01 Prepare yourself to deliver good customer service
• Unit 02 Provide customer service within the rules
Candidates must complete 7 units. This must include the 2 mandatory units, and at least one unit from each theme group.
To successfully complete a unit, each candidate has to provide evidence satisfying
all the ‘statements of competence’ or performance and knowledge
requirements in that unit.
Assessment Method
NVQ: portfolio of evidence and practical assessment.
